I am currently doing my PhD at McGill University under Prof. Francois Barthelat in the Advanced Materials and Bioinspiration Laboratory. I received my Master's degree in mechanical engineering in 2015 from Masdar Institute of Science and Technology, and my bachelor’s degree in 2013 from the University of Nottingham . 

My research focuses on computational solid mechanics and algorithm development for modeling crack growth in complex bio-inspired materials and engineering multilayers.
